Madara, during his career, has had many fine points where he owns everyone. He has also had serious blunders where he suffers a major wound that he should have avoided a mile off.
Specifically, these times.
How is it that a dead guy can shove his hand right through a Juubi jinchuriki who can take an Evening elephant in the same place and come out unscathed? He should have been able to tank Lee or Sasuke's attacks, rather than get bifucated.
Lets look at what all these situations have in common:
Proximity to Obito, or a part of his body. In the first one, he is standing next to him, twice he is impaled by him, and the third time he has implanted one of his eyes.
Clearly, Madara is weakened by proximity to Obito. It's the only rational Explanation.
