No he didn't steal powers....nor did Madara got them in form of free powerups...

but instead Madara WORKED HARD AND DIZERVED those power ups...forexemple he fought hashirama death battle just to obtain portion of his cells to unlock Rinnegan...


-this is how shinobi world system works...STRONGERS ALWAYS SOLO FODDERS....and fodders have no place in teh shinobi world ....if you are weak then dont blame Madara for TAKING your powers but instead blame yourself for being weak!!.. Madara TOOK those powers and didn't steal them!!
