is luffy the strongest?

umm since there was alot of debate on one piece being better than naruto and that shit i decided to search up what one piece is about and im wondering if luffy is currently the strongest chracter or even in the top 10. and like naruto is he destined to eb the strongest. and do people have haki without eating devil fruit? trying to understand it.

Haki mainly is a mysterious power which can be found in every living thing present in the world but most of them don't notice it or fail to awaken it. Yes, it can be used without obtaining a Devil Fruit.

Now back to Luffy, he is extremely strong right now but not in the top 10. There still is a long journey ahead.

He is probably in the top 40 as of the latest chapter.. There are many people who are stronger than him. This is the reason, one piece is the best show, it's not going to end until he gets stronger than every single one of them and the show just got half done, technically... still got like a decade left. Love this show more than anything!!!
