[Question] Is luffy the strongest pirate now?

do you think luffy is the strongest pirate now? Because if he doesnt pull a gear 4 or annything like that, he certaintly isnt. Or do you think luffy wont become the strongest pirate ?

Because i think its obvious there wont be another timeskip or time for getting a new power up

Highly unlikely. Kaido, shanks, teach, big maam, marco, jozu, etc...are still pirates and i dont see Luffy being able to extreme diff any of them, infact i all the emperors can mid diff him and all the other pirates listed can high diff him.

There are soooo many people tiers above him. I honestly don't see him being the strongest even at the end unless he just takes out Kaido .. and I mean that has to be soon for him to even be considered when he does take him out.
