I'm not saying it sucks for me. Like, sometimes it does, but I'm saying in general. All of us have it better than SO many people, as you said. I'm referring to those people and life in general when I say it sucks.

I'm sorry if I sound bitter... I work in medicine and I'm always hearing people complain that they get 'subpar' service at our clinic. They expect the world from their state funded insurance plans, always whining about how 'poor' they are. Everyone here has cable and shoes, all of our unsatisfied patients have big ass rims on their cars, manicures, tattoos and iPhone 6s. It's just terribly disheartening

Life isn't fair. Some our born into absolute poverty whilst others are born into upper class societies. That being said, everyone has the opportunity to change their fate (All journeys are complicated in their own right- regardless of your starting platform.)
You need to fight and work for what you want, nothing is really handed to you.

But things can still feel unfair to them. Regardless of what you see their situation as, certain things make them feel as if their lives are unfair. Whether or not those things are legitimately unfair, the feeling itself is the same, and that is what matters.

Life is fair. It's that way because it is fair. People are never content and would want more thus will take from others. That isn't God's work. That's human greed.

Whether you believe in God or not, nor life is fair or not, the fact that remains is that human beings are absolutely illogical and unreasonable ****s when it comes to their desires.

So I suppose it is fair for the sole reason that it is possible that one to be able to achieve ones desires no matter the consequences; may it be reasonable, worthy, or simply illogical and insane. In other words, Life is fair because it gives one freedom of opportunity to take away from others and make it an unjust place to live in.
