Is Kushina potentially top 10 material?

This is something I didn't think of at first. In a way, Karin just made a feat for Kushina.

Now, what significance does this hold? Let me answer that. This proves that chakra chains are not in fact limited to restraining bijus, but can restrain anything. We already know that it has enough power to restrain Kurama, and she can use them to make barriers that Hiruzen cannot go through.

So Kushina has the ability to restrain powerful enemies and can put up barriers with very high defense power. If she doesn't suck at taijutsu like Karin, she could be a force to recon with. Not to mention that not only does she have these abilities, but she's a jinchuriki. She easily has top 10 potential if she happened to have some control over Kurama and some good taijutsu abilities.

Thought if was implied when I said potential, not definitely. Orochimaru said, "The same as Kushina" so Karin's feats apply to Kushina for sure.
