Well, My friend bought the official Naruto Character book or something. I noticed that on Minato’s information, his birthdate read “January 25 (Age at death unknown)” whereas on Kushina’s it said “July 10 (? years old)” If she was actually dead, wouldn’t her’s also read “age at death unknown”?! However, this does seem almost impossible, as we know from episode 249 of Naruto Shippuden, Minato uses the Reaper Death Seal in order to seal away half of the nine tails chakra within Naruto in sacrifice his life in order to protect the village and Kushina died when Tobi/Madara extracted the nine tails from her, and also, because the nine tails attacked them.
Does anyone know the answer to this question? Could it really be true and if so where is she? Even though we have seen her in recent episodes of naruto, maybe that was only a bit of her chakra sealed inside Naruto and really she is out there somewhere, hidden. As Kushina says in Chapter 500: The people of Uzushiogakure were all blessed with astonishingly long lives, to the point out village became known as the “village of longevity.” and also in Chapter 501 Madara says: The Uzumaki Clan is really something special. Even wrenching a bijū out of your body didn’t kill you right away. This could therefore make it possible for her to still be alive!
Furthermore, as i was flicking through my book i noticed a Q&A section and within that, an ‘Explosive Unknown Facts section’! One of the questions was ‘Is Kushina still alive?’. Stated next to this, was that all of the above are top-secret...
