Is Kuruma Half Strong now?

In episode249 in the anime & episode 503page17 of manga, minato stated that he will forever seal half of the 9-tailed fox. if so, naruto's biju is only half strong compared to the 1 that attacked konoha?

i need to knw about this.

well, the nine tails chakra was said to be umlimited or close to that. If you divid that into 2 it's still pretty strong but it's hailf. Remember when the fourth sealed the half. The nine tails turned "1/2" times smaller and it's power was lower. So yeah, it does mean it has 1/2 it's strength.

I think sealed the the non physical part of the fox in naruto which is why Narutos Beast mode is different than the other tailed beasts

It will recover.It should have been recovered by now anyway..When Naruto Uses two rasen-shurikens and goes dry, he does not lose his chakra forever..He still recovers and can do ninjutsu.

The chakra revives after some time, right? Even the tailed beast chakra should revive, this means the weakening of the seal was because of that, the seal held more chakra when naruto was 12(revived part of the unsealed one and the sealed) comparing to the moment the seal was just finished.
In my opinion, this is the reason.
Minato died anyway, so even if he wasnt compatible as a jinchuuriki, he sealed half of kyuubi in himself, because a compatible newborn child maybe could die having all the chakra, minato loved his child and village, and didnt want his child die of this much chakra or the seal to be fully destroyed.

agreed cuz naruto took on 4 or 5 other tailed beasts and won soo i think naruto cant do that with half ninetails chakra no matter how strong kurama may be

btw i think naruto will still improve even after his bijuu mode

yes but the 9-tailed fox naruto fought in the falls of truth was the size of the 1 that stab minato and kushina. it never went back to its colossal form which it sported before minato divided it to half.

When the naruto fought against the other Bijuu's , His form was also equal to Bee's and the other Bijuus..Thus it shows Kuruma Recovered.

And i think what you are stating is a manga drawing error

I think you're wrong, Minato did say FOREVER. And Kurama is the same size as he was when half his chakra was taken away so this suggests that he still only has half his power. About the other tailed beasts, Kurama is way stronger than them, so him being bigger than them shouldn't be implausible.
