Is Kurama at half-power?

Seriously, I have no idea whether he is only half the power or full and he just has twice more yin chakra...

can someone clear this up?

Don't think so, he has never complained about his own power or blamed anyone that because his other half was sealed that it made him weaker.

Yes, i remember B saying something about how Kurana didn't have his yang chakra when refering to TBB, but i could be wrong.

Half of Kurama's chakra was sealed, so theoretically he is at half power.

However, there is some evidence to suggest that Kurama could have regenerated his other half. Take for example the fact that if a bijuu dies, it just regenerates over time. Also, some people have done size comparisons with BM and Kurama before he was sealed.

Basically, it's whatever you want to believe right now because it doesn't hold that much consequence.
