Well I'd say she is more Alaskan colored than black. But yes Korra is the Avatar after Aang. Can't expect to maintain a girlish figure if you run around the world fighting and training all the time XD

I love how people assume that an anime/cartoon character with dark skin means they are black. Sado is dark skinned but he is actually half mexican half japanese. Kaska (Berserk) and Yuroichi have dark skinn but neither of them are black either.

Oh LOL No that's Kotara. Kotara and Korra are of the water tribe (eskimos) that's why they look similar.
