The only ones i can see being jealous sre kiba who wanted to be hokage, snd part 1 neji who was powerhungry.

Sakura just think on boys and dont care sbout powers.
Ino same.
HInata is married with naruto, and is now a housewife.
Shikamaru is narutos second hand and is strong himself.
Rock lee is super friendly guy and not the jealous type.
Shino is living his life and i bet hes happy
Not sure about tenten and choji but i think they dont care and are thankfull they saved the world.

The only thing 11 is jealous about is the devotion fans show to these characters rather than them.

These are the same dumbasses that thought that they could kill MS Sasuke, I doubt they're jealous, they're just delusional about the gaps of strength between their own strength and Naruto's and Sasuke's.
