Sadly, Konan is dead, you may believe it. But the reason, why she isn´t in the edo army, is that Kabuto was busy with preparing himself for the war, so he had no time to get her. And no, i don´t believe that Kishi is playing tricks on her, because the plot about the Amegakure orphans is, that they life in heaven in peace now. ^^
Besides Kishi already trolled her pretty hard ._. so let her stay, where she is Kishi ...
