He is a member of Kara's Inner and is powerful enough for Jigen to put confidence in his abilities. He also believes he is able to defeat Jigen with the help of Kawaki and Boruto's karma seals. Given that information we know he is no slouch but how strong is he?

This is premature but nevertheless, overconfidence is a thing. Sasuke’s been overconfident MANY times and we’ve seen him have his own ass handed to him. Therefore, Kashin probably can’t **** with a non-nerfed Sauce.
He thought he could beat a weakened jigen that naruto and sasuke just had got finished fighting and hadn’t returned to get kawaki, bringing him to the conclusion that jigen had to be low on chakra.

This version of Sasuke is weaker than Hebi Sasuke, so KK might be stronger. Talk about how they shat on Sasuke and Naruto so the villains could stand a chance and the shittest character in anime history(Boruto) could be relevant.

I dont think he's weaker it just appears that way because of how powerful the opponents he has had to fight and he's either out of chakra from using s/t jutsu or conserving chakra to use s/t jutsu.

Nah man, he's weaker. In fact so is Naruto
Even fodderigen ran out of chakra, after taking Jyubi Juice to power him up. And then needed 3 days or so to recover.
