Itachi clearly stated susanoo can only be awaken after waking 2 abilities first. Madara said that Amaterasu jutsu is trash. Meaning he probably have it and find it useless since it can ruin all the fun he want on the battlefield. Obito only had one MS the whole time and plot-no-jutsu don't want to make him seem too powerful.
Sasuke mastered Amaterasu far better than Itachi. Leave him alone and fall back. At the end of the day, his control over Amaterasu and susanoo is not easy at all. Chakra manipulation ain't easy and sasuke took it to a whole another level on his own. Even orochimaru was surprise. All that training Naruto been doing in part 2 was just catch up since Jman refused to give him some serious training over the time-skip.

Why? Madara and Obito haven't shown a third ability. Madara didn't even show second.
What would he know? And why do you think he'd explicitly state it? He knew Itachi transferred Amaterasu because Obito told him.
That's what you assume. I'd say it's pretty logical that Itachi bestowed him that power as his own, not just for that one time. But then again, that's just me.

I could return an even more complicated question - how could Amaterasu execute itself AT ALL if Sasuke didn't have MS at that time? You can't explain it.
There was a really small gap between Itachi tapping his forehead and Sasuke awakening MS. We don't know really. I think after gaining MS, Sasuke got the ability to freely use and control Amaterasu that Itachi programmed in him to b executed only on the sight of OBito.

i have no problem with someone bashing sasuke but if he keeps on insulting the fanbase[any] then yes whatever u think i will surely make his butt hurt
^^^^^^^^this is inescapable. Suckske existed as motivation for the MC to develop, work harder, and become recognized. Simple as that. The character is really no longer needed.
The impact of rasengan would have broken sasuke's Back bone if White zetsu couldn't save him from colliding with Concrete wall
