Is kishimoto the greatest manga artist?

I can't say he is the best. To me, there isn't such a thing as a person being the best when it comes to drawing manga. Everyone is different and adds their own personality and flare to his/her artwork. He is one of my favorites though. Along with Double S, Hayao Miyazaki, Takeshi Obata, and Akihisa Ikeda just to name a few.

I don't read a huge variety of manga either but I really do enjoy Kishis art style. Oda makes his characters look like transvestite hookers which is yuck.....
