Is Kishi the writer of Naruto?

Because if he is then I don't see why people still argue that Minato isn't the fastest when that's painfully obvious what Kishi is

trying to portray. They are so many attempts to try to diminish his speed when Kishi has used so many things through either

directly or indirectly saying throughout the Manga that Minato is insanely fast among the ninja world with or without FTG. To

deny this is to deny what Kishi says as fact.
