Oro did say obito was being careful maybe he made it 6 instead of 5 so it didn't look to set up for that specific event and only that event.
I am not against another person coming back but i think oro has ore things on his mind especially since the 4 hokage is all one really needs

Since there's 2 Zetsu bodies remaining, I'd expect Orochimaru to use one for research and giving himself Hashi DNA. So it seems plausible that the other could be used to revive another shinobi if needs-be.

In all honesty, that appears to be highly probable twist in order to disturb Naruto's emotions and connections to Kurama, having him face his own parents would be quite a scene indeed.

maybe its so that f***ing sasuke can get some senju DNA for the rinnigan, though really he could just take some from oro's new body. maybe they will use the last body in order to brink back madara's brother to figure out something about madara that isnt known yet?

It's a possibility but I don't see Sasuke reviving Jiraiya, i don't think he knows anything about the Uchiha clan
