Is Kishi delaying the Minato-Kakashi reunion on purpose?

It's been approximately 4 chapters since the Kakashi VS Obito fight culminated and Kakashi still had yet to return from the dimension even though he ended up better off when the fight ended. Do you think that Kishi is delaying his return for a reason? Especially that him and Minato have yet to see each other yet? Will Kakashi be the one to save the crew from Obito's attack?

I don't see a way he can come back in time. He's in bad bad shape and has to use Kamui to get back. He would be dead then unless Naruto hurrys to him but how can he find him unless in SM. And Juubito can kill him whenever he wants. He ain't coming back.

He can. He did it before.

OT: its only been 4-5 chapters. Just be patient. Kishimoto took out Obito and Kakashi before Minato even got there, and delayed the reunion between Minato and Obito in a way. Obito and Kakashis fight wasn't seen for like 10 chapters (maybe less ), then Obito was the first to be brought back. It'll be a matter of time before Kakashi does. It'll probably be an epic entrance like Obitos.
