Is kisame underrated?

I feel as though he's just a little underrated. I mean come on, Kisame's Giant shark missile is probably the only jutsu besides kamui or any sealing jutsu that could one shot the juubi....

Im not say that kisame>juubi im just saying that he possesses a tech that could MF'ing one shot the juubi stop underrating him, the dude is has pretty op techniques imo..........

He is underrated at times just as much as you are overrating him right now, he CANNOT one shot the Juubi.There is zero evidence his shark jutsu can do that.Natural chakra/energy(Juubi/other tailed beasts and sage mode characters) is NOT the same as regular/normal chakra(non tail beast characters).
