Is Kimimaro related to Kaguya?

They look alike, Kimimaro's last name is Kaguya, his clan was wiped out(why?) Orochimaru wanted his body. He wanted Sasuke' s for hope to gain rinnegan (at least kabuto did) maybe kimimaro is a descendant of Kaguya and Oro wanted to unlock some of her powers. I also wonder if the 3rd sage mode will be explained and if the humid bone forest has important history.
