If them two fight, is obvious that Suigetsu would win?

Kimimaro can't hurt him because psychical attacks, expect for Raiton, don't work on Suigetsu.

And if Kimimaro hit him, Suigetsu can easily do this.

obviously. suigetsu's impervious to taijutsu and kenjutsu. if someone gets close he traps them in water bubble and lets them suffocate

I believe in bad match ups but i think its sounds highly unlikely to think something like that would happen in an actual battle. Suigetsu always uses kenjutsu, for that he needs to materialise... I don't think Kishi would make Hydrification that OP (if it can be considered to be) for such a secondary character.

when your water your always materialised. it just so happens your material isnt so solid. suigetsu turned to water when he intercepted A.that took less than 10 seconds. he even said "if i wasnt water my arm would be torn off". not "if i didnt turn INTO water"
