Is Kiba UNDER-RATED or WEAK?

Kiba along with the rest of the Konoha 11 are far from weak, but they have been given no upgrades save Naruto. Because of this none of them csn do shit against stronger opponents. Look at Choji vs Kakuzu before the war. That's where most of the K11 were at least before the war because Kishi neglects them.

Kiba is easily a strong member of the K11 and FAAAR from the weakest of his class. I always put him low simply because many members tend to have good counters for him.

Bottom line...K11 gets underrated because they barely got screen time and because they get compared to people like Madara, Naruto, and Sasuke who are ridiculously OP

The last time his character got an upgrade was during Sasuke's retrieval, no wonder he is overlooked. His abilities are far outdated compared to the other members of K11.

The K11 are powerfull including kiba. They are going to be the strongest generation of Jounin. I guarantee it. Mainly because of the teamwork aspect. But still each and every one of them has something to bring to the table. So people who say kiba is weak obviously dont know what true power is because your head is too far up the OP characters ass.

I don't know why anyone would think Kiba is weak. He's just under-rated, provided that he has so little screentime.
