Is Kamui the strongest MS ability?

how is it the weakest? It has been used in multiple different scenarios. It can be used to teleport people, weapons, jutsus, combinations of them, it can be used in defense and offense. Without kamui himself Kakashi and all the others fighting Obito would have never even hit him. So how is it weak again?

I used to think that it was the worst, since a long range attack that most likely missed was just bull. Now Kakashi's mastery and the space-time ninjustu involved with it make it one of the strongest

I wouldn't say strong, I would say its the most versatile and effective.

well all there is to the ms or even ems that we know of so far is
KA strongest genjutsu
tsukiyomi genjutsu where you can bend time to your will these are great for information or scouting or accomplishing missions you can't send people into
Amaterasu flames that can burn anything and that never go out great offense but not really effective for any other means
susano' great defense not really a great offense in original form due to limited movement at least it seems that way but PS is in a whole other league and i would have to say this is the most effective of all the sharingan techniques due to it being a great defense and offense in this form
and last but not least Kamui which has to be looked at with the powers of both of obito's eyes not just one on each person, not effective for immedietly killing someone but perfect for capture of anything, seeing as how you can teleport anything you see and touch with both of this techniques abilities this makes this technique the most versatile of all the sharingan techniques due to it being able to effectively deal with any known threat put before both of the eyes...
Strongest technique i think not that would have to be PS hands down but it is definately the most versatile technique that the sharingan has to offer because of the tactical advantage it gives the user over any opponent no matter how fast or strong they may be ...
