Is Kamui the strongest MS ability?

It can send many things to the other dimension like Amaterasu. It could most likely even send Susanoo's head to the other dimension since Kakashi tried to send Gedo Mazou's head to the other dimension.

So do you think Kamui is the strongest MS ability?

Perfect Susanoo is. Kamui would probably come in second, with regular susanoo right after, though Itachi's Susanoo would be an exception because of the legendary weapons.

Well, Kamui user can just teleport himself inside PS and warp its user away, along with his technique. Not to mention that it obviously isnt nearly as taxing as PS. I would choose Kamui over PS anyday.

And whats with KA?

Its overpowered as hell, but considering that you have two eyes you can use it only twice for a decade, so...

Kamui is the best for sure. Tobi is one of the worst uchihas of all time and still manages to be effective with just Kamui and Kamui alone most of the time.

I dunno if that'd be possible or not. I would also wonder if it would cause Obito to feel the same pain the person using susanoo does, given they'd be inside of it as well.

Its space time technique, so of course its possible. Chakra armor isnt going to protect you from something like this. Besides, why would Tobi feel pain? He wouldnt be the one using Susanoo, it wouldnt be taxing his chakra and body.

PS is the combination of two MS ability, if tobi had the other MS(kakashi kamui) then a new jutsu will be born, maybe something more better than PS, since susano is the combination of tsukynomi and amaterasu..
