What is the different between arriving moment of FTG and Sasuke teleportation, it still the same movement that is teleported and then you must gonna make a second move that is attacking. That is when you using FTG Level 2 that is Kunai tag. Unless FTG users have marking Kaguya in the back, no hope to attack her after teleporting. Madara have given FTG user a lesson to be learn. Plus how FTG user reaching someone that fighting in the sky constantly.

They can't afford to throwing Kunai every second, that look hilarious .
