It's called reasoning. If Obito had both Kamui in his eyes, the only people that could really stand against him would be S/T users and Rikudous. The fastest man in the world couldn't hit him. The power to be virtually untouchable and to create a Kamui-snipe from a distance is dangerous.

Kamui is nothing about strength, The technique is called HAX

While limbo is Strength related technique. Because it physical just couldn't be seen by naked eye.

But the advantage of kamui if the users able to located the Limbo clone, Those limbo are screwed.

But in tem of strength Limbo is superior

. Which means to outpace a long range Double Kamui it takes 6 Gated Lee speed. And dodge a single long range Kamui it takes half that speed. That's not hard to do for most Kage level characters. Furthermore, another counter can be too block Kamui's field of vision with a Jutsu, which is easy enough. Sensors would be able to sense the pressure building up inside the eyes (Like Ametarasu) before the technique is even used, and act accordingly (Even the likes of Suigetsu have displayed some level of sensor ability), others can simply run at all times or simply use a Jutsu once they see the barrier appearing. Clones are a neat counter to Kamui as well.

If we are talking close range, it is very easy to avoid Obito touching you. Someone of Base Gai's level of strength should be capable of avoiding the touch.

As for Limbo, the only way you can even see Limbo is Via Rinnegan. And the only way you can hurt a Limbo Clone is with the chakra of the Sage Of Six Paths.

As you can see, the amount of counters too Kamui is pretty decent. Meanwhile the counters to Limbo are narrowed down too one.

Except saying having both Kamui makes you dangerous isn't fanboying, it's true. So far, the only people who have gotten around Kamui had:

1. Space-Time of their own
2. A scenario where Kamui couldn't be used
3. Years of preparation

None of those 3 are readily available at any given time.

Unless you were preparing for years against Kamui, have a Space-Time of your own+superior reflexes, or find yourself in a scenario where Kamui can't be used, the chances of you being screwed are very high.

Even if you feel the build-up of pressure in your eyes, it doesn't mean you can dodge. Remember what happened with Lee vs Sasuke, Sasuke could track and predict Lee's moves, but his body didn't have the ability to dodge. Not many people have the speed to run away from the range of the barrier that forms and once the barrier forms, it pulls you. If you try to run, it's just gonna drag you in. The only way to escape Kamui once you're caught is Space-Time, and it's extremely difficult not to get caught, only a few people can avoid it.

Edit: Actually, that scene with the Onmyoudon and Pein's missile show that Kamui can "latch" itself to you. Even though the sphere and missile moved from the spot that the Kamui was initially activated, the Kamui barrier followed. The missile was warping as it was moving, so simply trying to move out of the way won't work.

By strength of base Gai, I mean being just as powerful as base Gai, not physically, but in general. Base Gai would be in the High-Jonin to Low-Kage Tier. As for sensors, they can dodge Kamui last second, kinda like how Naruto dodged the 3rd Raikages spear. So just before the barrier forms they move out of the way. Of course not many characters can do that either. Then there is the Jutsu varient, by simply using a Jutsu to block the field of vision, Kamui will end up sucking up the Jutsu instead of the initial target, of course not many characters can perform seals fast enough too pull this off. Out of those 3 ways to counter Kamui, there are probably around 15 characters that can actually do it. In other words, there are about 15 characters that can counter a Double Long Range Kamui. Meanwhile, the amount of characters that can counter Limbo is 4 (Kaguya, Naruto, Sasuke and Juubito), basically, only the God-Tiers.

I am not saying those 20 characters can beat a double Kamui wielder (AKA Kakashi and Obito), those are the characters who can counter Double Kamui, there is a difference.

As far as beating goes, I would agree that only the bolded out of that list can beat Dual Wield Kamui Kakashi and Obito.

Limbo is probably the only true counter. It was able to travel over a mile in an instant and split all the tailed beasts. If Madara used it against Obito, it would KO Obito before he could even use Kamui

with ability to see it, a kamui user wont care. it has a cooldown so intangibility wait till they go back then solo. thats if the clones last less than five minutes.
