Not really.

From what we've seen they're not so fast as to be unavoidable. Kamui by itself is the OP tech.

They need to be solid to in order to know when they're making contact with something.

The kamui shuriken are basically just projectile versions of kakashi's kamui, & when they hit something it activates.

Its like flying portals from what I remember. Any jutsu would just get sucked in, or at least the parts the come into contact.
