Is Kamui OP?

After I re-read the manga and watched the latest episode yesterday, it looks so powerful. The reason why I am saying this is because you can restore your chakra in Kamui dimension and come back to fight, right? However of course you can hide there as well, imo.

What do you guys actually think about Kamui?

It's only an ms, an obviously kishi put ka above it. Obito were never once considered as a legend, a genius or god level in the whole series. Fanlogic goes wild, kishi never imply what all girls here like to believe. In nv, imagination belongs to solely kishi, not anyone else
