The New epilogue stories aren't written by Kishi.

....but, if the writing is better than Kishi's and actually develops the characters well (with minimal plot inconsistencies), Then I'll consider them Canon.

By "Vs Thread" do you mean "This Character vs That Character" or the Battle RP? If its the battle RP i'm sure at some point it will be interrogated into the Jutsu list some time in the future but until then it cannot be used. If you mean non-RP who would win threads, then i don't think it matters all that much lol.

Kishimoto said at jumpfesta that he had a heavy hand in making the novel. I'm assuming he approved he content at the very least, even if it's by another author.

It's being discussed on NF. There's a really good translator (OrganicDinosaur) who had shared some spoilers already, but waiting to confirm the jutsu when she gets her novel sometime today or tomorrow. She said that no one on 2ch really said how it worked, just mentioned that it's his new jutsu.

i would say not entirely, more like fillers based on canon existing material.
Kishi didn't wrote these and i didn't red anything official from him about them being canon or him being hugely involved like with the movie...
the only canon novel is the Last because it's simply the movie in a book form with more tiny details.
