Is kakashi weaker?

So everyone knows that he knows over 1000 different jutsu. But he used he's sharingan to copy and perform those techniques. Without the sharingan , does it mean he can't do those jutsus anymore? That would mean he lost a lot of power.

You can see it in 2 ways.
he lost his sharingan and isn't able to see through attacks, he lost sharingan genjutsu ability and the feared kamui,
or now he has much more chakra, is able to preform more jutsus, has better stamina, can do more clones( shadow clones, ration clones, water clones....), has his normal eyes back which means he isn't handicapped, he need not to suffer after powerful jutsus ( after every kamui his body went through a lot of) and he can spam more of his other dangerous attacks like ration beast runner.....

I think he will show that he is still powerful and now he can fight without suffering

I guess so .. well we could atleast say that kakashi is weaker than itachi since he wasnt even able to counter itachi's tsukuyoumi properly even with a sharingan !! i wonder what he would've done without it .. Lets just say that he is great for jounin but not at kage level !!

Without the sharingan, Kakashi is physically weaker but not mentally weaker which would still make him a force to be reckoned with.

Most people have said that his jutsus were stored in his sharingan, not full memorized. If that was the case than he lost a huge amount of power. But he is still far from weak. He is a brilliant strategist and an awesome guy.
