nope kakashi is a poor ninja no stamina and poor use of his arsenal in jutsu, all he does is spam chidori when he is said to know 1000 jutsu, so either he copied 1000 useless jutsu or he is just boring in battle. all in all many people can beat him with little to no effort

no kakashi is strong and obviously he does not have any problems with his stamina in this war it seem to be doing fine. kakashi is strong and I think he is underestimated and and the people that can beat him with no effort is bee,naruto that it and it only because of their tailed beats any other person alive in the show would not be able to beat him with little to no effort. I would say kakashi is in top 15 alive. also in this war he has proven he does not have low chakra.
