Never have liked the idea of top "insert number here" lists. Tiers are a better option, but even then can't be that accurate. Kamui allows him to be among the strongest, though.

Yes I know that fanboys won't listen because they like him too much but let's not forget that he has stamina problems. The only reason he's spamming Kamui is because Kishi smoke something really powerful lol and because Kurama is giving him chakra.

If Kakashi resorted straight to Kamui, yes, it would end it. Kishi has broken that technique so badly. He warped Gyuki for christ sake. Warped Naruto so quickly that Obito didn't even notice it.

It's ridiculous in power. Just like Itachi's genjutsu/totsuka sword, Nagato's Chibaku Tensei, Sasuke/Itachi's amaterasu, etc, etc. The biggest problem with this is the speed that Kishi has given to kamui.

If there's any arc after this one, Kishi will have to explain it as some bull**** like "it's more powerful when in close proximity to the other eye", otherwise there will never be a reason for Kakashi not to just start with it and end the fight, if he makes it out of this war alive.

Such sad comments I see. . .Kakashi is easily top 15. Top list too, but that's just my oppinion. He was introduced in the battle against Zabuza as one of the strongest in the leaf with his 1000 techniques feats and now along with one of the Uchiha's most powerful doujutsu techs he's defintely top 15. He's extremely proficient in chakra control giving himself the ability to battle longer with little drawbacks espically considering his chakra reserves. Ehhh I could go on forever but the list is too much for me to type. From his superior analytical skills to his three to four elements at his disposal to his intellictual instant counter attack strategy all the way to his fighting style, this awe demanding battle taction is top 15 or 10, no questions asked.

Yes, on full chakra the guy can use at least 5 Kamui's plus tons of other jutsu such as multiple lightning blades/chains, earth wall, shadow clones etc. Seriously how do you evade Kamui, and its one of the fastest techniques so you can't exactly try and hit kakashi first when he pulls off kamui almost instantly

kakashi can beat all of these people ,who of them can counter kamui ,kakashi can beat anyone without his enemy use clones
gai can't beat kakshi you forget ,kakashi can go to other dimension so he can avoid any attack even giant bijudoma,meteor,the dust,seven gate ,what you know about eight gate but kakashi can avoid it too as it won't affect who in other dimension
your list include some people kakashi can beat them without kamui
kakashi attack is the strongest and the fastest
kakashi defense is great as he can go to the other dimension
what will sasuke do with the dust ,giant bijudoma,the meteor ,seven gate but kakashi can counter all of that as i mentioned
kakashi can beat more than 3 biju ,he only need to kamui apart of thier necks and go to other dimension avoiding bijudoma
why can't kakashi beat tusonade ,gara,sasuri,bee ,a,sauke,girayia,tabirama,almost all of your list kakshi can beat them except madara(wooden clones)his perfect susan won't protect him from kamui,hashi(wooden clones too)naruto(his clones too)so no one can avoid kamui without using clones
