Kakashi is stronger than tsunade even without a sharingan. Pain said it himself that kakashi has a wide array of jutsu. Plus kakashi can open some of the 8 gates making him to fast for tsunade to hit. And he can still use raikiri he'll just have to slow down a bit when using it making it a bit weaker but I think it will still be powerful enough to pierce through tsunade and a doubt that she will be able to regenerate a hole in the heart

Raikiri is unusable without the sharingan's power.It has already been stated in the manga.

Chidori was never unuseable without the sharingan....it just wasnt accurate and was counterproductive against an enemy with quick reflexes.
