Like I stated in a earlier post in this thread, Minato's warning to Kakashi about using the technique was about the speed of the technique; not allowing him the time to react, but that only applies when he's rushing an opponent with the attack. There are numerous uses for raikiri that don't involve him having to rush his opponent.
he won't switch to a clone based fighting style, due to the fact people Minato didn't even do it. And their reserves are much better than base Kakashi. That fighting style is basically reserved for those who atleast have Naruto's level of chakra.
Plus, if you think about his role as Hokage really doesn't require him to be the strongest or w.e. Since they do have the big boy Naruto, and the former Hokage Tsunade. So I would also highly doubt he did major training to reform his style. Even his taijutsu is not longer on that high of a level anymore, due to his loss of sharingan pre-cog.
He wouldn't be switching to a clone based fighting style..his fighting style already was a clone based fighting style prior to the war-arc where Kishi threw everything out the window and had him spam Kamui at everything.
Kakashi uses/used clones so much in fighting, it's what he became known for among his comrades:

But Chouza also stated the problem with Kakashi using that fighting style with the sharingan:

My wording in my post wasn't the greatest(as a matter of fact it was pretty piss poor), but what I was trying to point out was how much easier Kakashi's fighting style had become with the loss of the sharingan. His chakra reserves in the war-arc were absolutely ridiculous, and they're only going to be even greater now. He accomplished all of this prior to receiving any chakra from Kurama(ignore the sassy deal with it image in the middle, but using this image is much easier than typing out everything he did):

One thing that does not change about Kakashi post-sharingan is his mind. Allowing clones to fight for him and figure out his opponents abilities allows him to develop a strategy to defeat whoever he's up against.
Also, in regards to his taijutsu, while no, it's not going to be as good as it was without his sharingan, he was still beating Gai(who we can assume was pretty much Lee version 1 in terms of all he did was focus on taijutsu) when he was younger, showing great ability in taijutsu:

But like you said, all this stuff is assuming Kakashi even bothered with training much without his sharingan. Naruto would destroy anyone who would threaten the village in less than a second, so it would have been by no means necessary, but this is just making conversation IF Kakashi were to continue training as hokage/without his sharingan.
