Is kakashi the only one to take advantage of the sharingans copy ability

That's why KGs aren't copy-able. Kakashi is versatile enough to have copied a thousand jutsus and being able to perform them. Too bad his chakra pool restricts him.

Regardless, I don't think there has ever been any Uchiha that literally survived off copying techniques. Or at least we never saw them. As Madara, Sasuke, Itachi and Obito all put out unique sets of abilities, and mostly dilated on what they inherited.

Sasuke inherited lightning affinity, at which he excelled beyond anything we saw, and Itachi even invented new techs that complimented his water release affinity. I don't have to mention anything for Madara or Obito, they obviously mastered fire release to the point of being unrivaled. Obito was even incorporating his kamui into his fire release, so that itself speaks for their originality and not relying on copying techs. None of them in fact ever copied a technique, or shown to have.

So Kakashi might be the only one in that deed.

All 3T sharingan users can copy jutsu based on manga but that doesn't mean you will use the jutsu.

Kakashi copied over 1000 jutsu however he only uses 5 since those 5 fit his fighting style.

Same can be said for other Uchiha who use jutsu that strictly fit their fighting style.

Sorry, but the real thing is always stronger than a fake. And only with two eyes can the Sharingan's true power be unleashed. An Uchiha will always beat Kakashi

And I think Itachi copied one of Kabuto's water jutsu...
