Is Kakashi that hard to beat?

I don't know how hard he is to beat, you'd have to ask Pain or Itachi.

ot: On a more serious note, yes Kakashi is very hard to beat. However, he's going blind so he'll lose kamui. But nonetheless, he is still a very well-versed shinobi and has much knowledge. He gains alot of experience from his battles and is a good analyst. He's done a good job as a shinobi. =D

Not really, a Kitsuchi level ninja with prep time can beat him.

Kishi decided to make Kakashi the first one to confront new boss that are not reserved for him , we can see it against Itachi in part 1, Deva path and others.

He's like Vegeta when new boss appears Vegeta is below like Freezer, C18 etc...Then few chapter later Vegeta got stronger than them.It's exactly the same for current Kakashi, previous level like Itachi and Deva path are outdated compared to current level, Kakashi already surpassed them. If he got blind we can say that this war arc was his prime even thought i highly doubt he'll got blind.

Kakashi himself said that he got lazy since he got the sharingan. It is also a fact that kakashi was in better shape when he was a member of the ANBU
