is kakashi overrated?

From the beg of the series,everyone says kakashi is an elite ninja,a genius and things like that.i feel like he is overrated.Reasons y i say this are:
1 kakshi's raikiri is useless with out sharigan.infact without sharigan,it can backfire
2 kakashi is known as copy ninja.He knows lots of jutsu bec of sharigan.not bec of his talent
3 chidori is weaker compared to rasegan and raikiri is weaker compared to rs
in short u can say kakashi is useless with out sharigan

kamui takes a lot of chakra. MS does. and he can do that even tho he's not an uchiha. he's good at analyzing, good leader. in some cases he seems weak i admit, but that doesnt mean he's overrated

But he has learned how to use the sharingan effectively making him a skillful ninja and a threat to enemies. If he wasn't a talented ninja, he wouldn't have been able to master the control he has over the sharingan right now making it a useless tool.
But hey, that's just my opinion.

Pls stop it lol. He was a became a jounin at the age of like 13 or something like that BEFORE getting his sharingan. His taijutsu skill is equal to gai when he doesn't open gates (even without sharingan) his mental skills are nearly if not on par with shikimaru and like honestly the list goes on. Even pain said it was an honor to fight him.

When his fanboys claim things like "kamui-snipe" and say that he can one-shot anyone, he's very overrated.

But if you talk about Kakashi w/o kamui, he's very underrated. Just look at the "vs" threads that are being made about him now, since Madara took his eye. People are saying he's fodder as a result, but even w/o the sharingan he's one of the strongest jounins in Konoha.
