The age where the ninjas start experiencing age related problems, reduction in strength, speed , chakra, is 50 +, Nothing happens at 40, Raikage seems to be around that and is in great shape , Idk how old bee is but same

Definitly want to consider this being the naruto world...as a big factor for that 'prime age'.
Most of these chars would be a lot less active...those injuries they got would have repurcussions in the real world... broken bones catch up to you later in life...scars leave damage internally...

As far as age goes...30 is still plenty young what it all comes down to is how you treat your body.. look at people in professions like say...bull riding...your prime is about 18 to 22 I'd say...and then ya go for a new career cause you beat up your body too much..

Then again theres other jobs where you need to be in good physical shape but maybe not quite such an extreme and yet years of experience also help...military jobs and such you find a lot of people in upper positions thanks to years of experience and what not in those thirties and fourties

Also statistically determining prime would depend on if they were in a time of peace or war.. a body is treated nicer and given more leeway in a time of peace obviously

true but those are ninjas above average and you say they are like us so the average person prime is between 25-35 and above 35 their bodies start to slow down. That do depends if the ninja is a average,above or a below ninja and how hard they train like the raikage.
