im not an itachi fanboy and the solo king thing people have been saying has actually really annoyed me (just like everyone else i bet)

but on topic no itachi is stronger just because kakashi can kamui himself into the dimension and use it like 2 more times than usual, he still isnt itachis level

when kakashi can use kamui like obito could meaning things pass through him, then ill admit kakashi is better

They're pretty comparable at this point. Itachi might have a very slight lead, but if so it's not a very noticeable one.

So no, Kakashi is not "above Itachi". If either one is above the other, it would be Itachi, but I view them as equals.
