why hasn't kaguya use any of the byakugan abilities like neji, hinata, and other hyugas that we have seen use it(forgot the name/s) and she could show us something new with byakugan that we haven't seen before

Basically she's a "Sentient Juubi"...

BZ broke down madara's body but retained madara's/ juubi's chakra. So BZ basically reshaped Its black ooz into kaguya thus reviving her.

It's highly likely that she can't use the gentle fist since she isn't a fighter (Hamura probably invented gentle fist)

She is not a Juubi Jin. Just a human who gain power from the Chakra fruit. Bz basically brought Kaguya back by piercing and injecting his black ooze on Madara.

madara doesnt need to grab and reattach,madara can grow arms and even halfs
when sasuke cut him into 2 halfs ,he grew another half ,however the cut half was still on the ground(which the sage came out from)

Kaguya is the Juubi itself and also become one with Shinju by unknown way.

But when Hagoromo want to sealed the Juubi. Kaguya choosing to move her will/chakra inside Gedo Mazo instead because maybe she known Hagoromo will split her Juubi chakra to become separated entity that is Bijuus.
