if the manga had ended with madara being the final villain I feel that would've been fine and the whole kaguya thing was introduced recently relatively speaking, so why change it up kishi?

Kaguya was introduced like what 10 chapters ago? and now she's the final villain. We've been following Madara Shippuden for a few years now and suddenly Kaguya just comes out of nowhere and becomes the final villain. Kishi is on drugs. Maybe im just butthurt because Madara got tossed away like that but oh well. I think Kaguya is cool but if your gonna keep replacing villains like this then atleast do it right. After all those flashbacks and character development

Actually she was introduced exactly 32 chapters before Black Zetsu officially revealed her. And 5 chapters before that reveal it was already VERY likely that she would take over. Obviously, that's not quite as much foreshadowing as Madara got, but it was enough to be prepared for her.
