But then that means she's afraid of her own strength. She's afraid that if she flexes her powers just a little bit, the earth would be destroyed.

Makes sense. A dying Hagaromo was able to create the moon. Prime Hagaromo is much stronger than old Hagaromo and still can't hold a candle to Kaguya.

Freiza could apparently destroy a planet but the final battle between SS4 Gogeta and Omega Shenron only at most wrecked part of a city, the splash damage alone should've blown apart the solar system if we're being consistent but apparently in their final forms they could only knock down a few buildings. Depends on whether Akira Toriyama is feeling lucky. So you tell me

She could definitely solo frieza, she's at least on planetary or even star creation level if Hagoromo was able to create the moon. I'd put her around LSS Broly. Just my opinion

Say Prime Hagaromo is 20 times stronger than Old Dying Hagaromo.( A reasonable assumption since Old Dying Hagaromo didn't even have the Juubi)

Well, Old Dying Hagaromo was able to create a moon.

Prime Hagaromo should be able to create a moon twenty times as big. Well, that's Earth size.

That proves Prime Hagaromo is a planet buster.

But Kaguya is even beyond Prime Hagaromo

Seriously? If we going by power level she would be the top strongest. She has the power of creation and the destructive power too as we see in the latest chapter. She is more stronger than the sage who created the moon, and she's more powerful than the ten tails who is pretty much destroying whole continents, and has the power to destroy the entire earth. And the goddess is stronger than both of them.

She would definitely be in the top if not the strongest. Madara would be a safer choice to put in there.

You have no idea about DBZ. Dragon Ball GT is non canon and has nothing to do with the manga. After Battle of Gods was released all of DBGT is now void. Creating a moon has nothing to do with destroying a moon, unless Kaguya destroys moon in the manga, Master Roshi > Kaguya

And Broly destroys planets like Earth everyday. He eventually destroyed the whole galaxy. Kaguya is yet to destroy a continent. lol
