Is Kaguya alive?

The whole Boruto series is halfway about her fears of her clan so

Kaguya is like the pheonix force found in Jean Gray; Jean Gray might decide to die, but the pheonix force never really does; it always comes back. Kaguya is therefore alive and always will be; but there are forces that want her back in her awakened state. She's basically the God of that universe as well; so it won't be a surprise that eventually, she will return because a God is always needed.

tbh, naruto and sasuke should not have even been able to seal her before, but I think in a way she let them do it. Because she knew she was going to cause corruption and her ideals were not good enough to sustain the future architecture of the narutoverse. It's a shame, but in the same way the pheonix force compelled Jean Gray to do things she didn't want to and eventually Jean Gray allowed herself to be killed to stop the pheonix force as she could no longer control it - Kaguya chose the same fate.

Naruto and Sasuke cannot compare to Kaguya; she is God tier.

Only Kaguya can stop Kaguya.

So until Kaguya somehow changes her perception of the world or manages to distort the compulsions of her power just as Jean Gray sought to control the compulsions of the Pheonix force but failed so ultimately allowed herself to be killed; that's how Kaguya would somehow return.

This time, it won't be because she was an enemy; but most likely, because she will provide salvation as only a God can do so.
