Is Kabuto going to end up in the top 10?

If he takes on Sasuke and Itachi, along with his edo tensi's he has fighting everyone else, he has to be. With the Edo's alone he was powerful but these new powers are insane. What do you guys think? Top 10 or no?

I meant that he basically is Sasuke's whole team (except Sasuke of course) all wrapped in one with a Sage Mode... pretty crazy if you ask me

kabuto is number 1 , possibly tied with tobi..

he has 20 edos at the clap of his hands, including edo madara, nagato and itachi,...
and then he has his fusion of everything + sage mode
