NO. Kabuto wasnt afraid to fight an Ulchiha. He was expecting to have to fight Sauske at some point in order to "take over" his body, and I'm sure he planed way ahead for a Tsukiyomi. He knows it affects the 5 senses, and he has already demonstrated that he was prepared for this fact of the eye prowless.

Its Izanami. He obviously knows nothing about that eye jutsu, even Sauske doesnt know about it. And it doesnt affect the 5 senses so he couldnt have prepared for it.
