[Spoilers] Is Kabuto already in Tsukiyomi

now ive been wondering, what if kabuto is already caught in Tsukiyomi? this why i think so:

kabuto has suddenly started talking about his life. while it fits into the way the fight is happening, its kinda strange how kabuto suddenly feels like coming out of the clo- i mean tell his life story. i think itachi is using Tsukiyomi to get the info on how to stop Edo by having Kabuto tell his tale and is hoping he'll eventually let something slip about Edo. now youre probably about to say "Well if hes already trapped, why doesnt Itachi just let him say it right away and we can get on with the manga's climax and our lives."

well theres two reasons:

plot reason: Kabuto is either going to die or disappear for a while, so Kishi is giving us info on him and his past

narutoverse reason: Itachi isnt stupid. i think he knows if he just makes kabuto reveal how to end Edo, hell get suspicious, catch on, and find a way to escape it before Edo's end can be revealed, so Itachi is trying to ease into it

It is not Tsukuyomi. It is Izanami, a MS Genjutsu or ability that does not need eye contact to perform. It hasn't been explain yet. But you are right though.

If you think that's strange, why do you mention the fact that everytime someone uses a new jutsu they feel obliged to explain what it does to their enemy. Like seriously wtf...why would you help your enemy?? Or maybe they are under genjutsu too?
Obviously its just to make the story more exciting.

Kabuto has not said any thing to Sasuke and Itachi. We are being showed his past: Meaning he is near his death..
I don't think he is under Tsukyomi. Further Itachi is not using it as Kabuto is countering it. Itachi planned to use Izamani, so he will use it for sure..

It is just a theory or prediction that Kabuto could be trapped in Izanamai. Kabuto is not talking of his past, but thinking of his past. It is just our speculation/thoery/prediction that Izanami has some effect on his why of thinking. Itachi speaking about the Izanamai being cast before Kabuto's flash-backs is the reason we speculate/theorize/predict. Nothing more, nothing less. We are not over-thinking.

yeah he's probably in izanami. I don't understand why people would think that Kishi waited for so long to develop Kabuto only to have him dealt with in a few chapters though. The flashback is only necessary to flesh out the character, it doesn't mean he is dying.

maybe kabuto is in izanami .... itachi said he needs to use izanami because kabuto fights with his eyes closed ..... and izanami cant be detect by the the 5 senses ..... READ THE MANGA xdxd

But why even mention his background at this point. It seems idiotic for him to reminisce about his life in the middle of the battle. And this isn't making the story any more exciting. It's making it even more boring as you can tell there will be about two more chapters of lackluster flashbacks. Especially since we're treading into known territory in Kabuto's flashbacks. He just met Orochimaru and in the next chapter he'll probably become Sasori's spy.
