Is KA actually able to one shot people?

The title says it all. Discuss whether you believe that KA is overpowered and is actually able to kill anyone. Example, KA is used on someone with the idea implanted in their head that they must kill themselves. Do you think that this is true and possible? Wouldn't this mean that people like Danzo, Shisui and Itachi are impossible to defeat if they use it?

Considering it allows you to completely manipulate your opponent, then yes. You can immobilize them or force them to commit suicide.

From what we know, KA requires eye contact and has a long cooldown. Would you consider this the weakness?

Only Danzo and Shisui are able to do so due to the fact that Itachi can only use it on his own Sharingan.

Say a guy gets hit with KA, and while he is walking and he falls down, KA breaks.

I am saying this because, if you remember when danzo used KA on mifune in kage summit, that byakugan thief reminded him that he is in genjutsu and then mifune broke it xd

yeah thats a waste of KA if your danzo. but we dont know how powerful shisui's was. but if it was weak like danzo's id use it to ensure i knew my opponents next move because i was controlling it. honestly we dont how good shisuis KA was to say that order would fail. shisuis eye in the crow was sposed to be used to make sasuke good. thats a big task in my opinion.
