even b4 the juubi was summoned he had the same eyes so I dont think it depends on the summoner as in the flashbacks when kurama told naruto about sage of 6 path and juubi so imagined him with same eyes.
How do you summon a god that has been in the world for ages? There hasn't been a single word about summoning Juubi (don't misinterpretate with his body- Gedo Mazou which has been summoned from the moon)
