Is it too late for Jiraiya's body to be revived by the means of that Rinnegan technique? Would his body be too messed up from being under water that long? I can't help to think that Naruto should be trying to find a way to bring him back instead of trying to bring Sasuke back to the village. With the help of Tsunade's medical jutsu expertise it shouldn't be hard. Whatcha think?
Note: Naruto as with Sasuke for what, 1, 2 years? All Sasuke does is bring him pain. And was with Jiraiya for 3 years and Jiraiya is nothing but a good influence on Naruto

no, its better if the J-man stays dead, it means that the cycle of generations can continue.....better for th story, and plus, he is too OP

It cannot be revived by rinnengan techniques. But can be revived by Edo Tensei.

If Jiraiya could be brought back by that Rinnegan technique, it would have already happened but he didn't. Also, his body is at the bottom of a lake - I really doubt he'll be digged up again. Tsunade's medical jutsu is good, but she isn't that good that she can bring back the death - even if she knew that particular jutsu of Sasori's grandmother.
And why should Naruto try to find a way to bring back a dead person while he can try to bring back his living best friend? He made a promise that he would bring Sasuke back and he's going to keep that one. I think he made peace with Jiraiya's death, but he's not going to give up on Sasuke. That would sort of defeat his point of keeping his promises - wasn't that his Ninja way?
And honestly, what is the obsession with bringing Jiraiya back? o_O Let the man rest in peace - he's probably enjoying himself in heaven, peeking at women or so LOL
So no, I don't think his body is revivable.

But it's kinda stupid imo that Naruto and Jiraiya haven't even had last words

I think Jiraiya has been dead too long for the Rinnegan to revive him. The only way id edo, and apparently his body is deep in the ocean.

Nagato said that "It's not too late for the people I've killed since I've entered the village"
That means that it has limits his technique aswell, and he couldn't revive Jiraiya or shinobi that he had killed before (or people).

Whose to say J-Man wasn't revived with Nagato's technique and is just waiting for the right time to make an appearance. And for those of you who say the Alliance could use J-Man in the war. Imagine if Naruto were to be defeated by Tobi (lose the Kyuubi, etc.), not get any closer to saving Sasuke and lose some comrades (Tsunade, Guy, Oonoki, etc.) in battle. I think J-Man would make a bigger impact on Naruto by coming back afterwards and giving him that "last talk".
