Well considering how the black portion of his eye is abnormally big, I’d say that it’s quite possible.

I don't see why not, if he's an Otsutsuki.

I agree with him having a byakugan but I think its at least rinnegan level. There was a point in the last chapter when he had three high level jutsu activated at the same time.

It’s also possible that he pulls an Urashiki and pops a Rinnegan out of nowhere.
